Sudan Financial Services Company (SFSC), an SPV fo Sudan Financial Services Company (SFSC), an SPV for government debt and Islamic instruments issuance owned by the Central Bank of Sudan, has been directed to expedite the issuance of new financial instruments including government securities and Sukuk, to strengthen liquidity management. The directive was issued during SFSC’s Q3 board meeting on 10th October 2026, chaired by Amna Mirghani Al-Tom, the central bank governor and the chairperson of the company’s board.
