Climate: Temperatures in Ankara vary between -4°C and 30°C. Marmara and the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts have a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild, wet winters. The east of the country is mountainous with warm summers and very cold, snowy winters. The southeast has very hot summers and cold winters. The Black Sea coast is the wettest part of the country, especially in the northeast.

Osman Akyüz, who obtained his degree from the faculty of political sciences at Ankara University, began his career as a certified public accountant at the finance ministry in 1978. He worked with the Sezai Türkes - Fevzi Akkaya Group from 1983 till 1985, after which he was appointed the manager of financial and administrative affairs at Albaraka Türk.
